Delivery

We deliver both across Australia and internationally.

Standard Delivery

We offer free standard delivery for orders of and over $99 and $13.85 for orders under $99 within Australia.

Majority of our standard deliveries are fulfilled with Australia Post and minority by local couriers depending on the property of the goods purchased such as extra size, weight etc.

Generally, deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday and not on weekends and public holidays. Deliveries may be made to the nearest post office for collection by recipient.

We deliver to the address provided by you at the checkout page, please provide the correct address to avoid failure or delay to deliver. We will not be liable for the delivery failure or delay caused by the wrong address. If you provide us with wrong address and request a redirecting service, additional fee will incur at your cost.

We are not responsible for items you forget to collect in time from Australia Post. The delivery returned to us will incur an additional fee for redelivery to you at your own cost.

We do not deliver to PO address.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is also optionally available for your choice if you require a faster or urgent delivery. Express Delivery is $19.95 to major metropolitan areas, and $24.95 for regional or remote locations.

Order Dispatching

We offer same day dispatch if orders placed before 1:00PM Sydney time on a weekday, excluding personalised/customized items.

We will send a dispatch notification email including a tracking link to allow you to track the status of your delivery when your order leaves our warehouse.

You can always track your order in the track order section on our website by entering the order number.

Special Delivery Instructions

Please fill the special delivery instructions section at the checkout page if you have a specific instruction for the courier, such as leave inside the shoe cabinet near the front door or delivery at a specific time of day.

However, we are not able to guarantee the postie will follow the instructions exactly as we printed on the label.

The courier will not call or text you or the recipient prior to delivery, to confirm an address, or upon an unsuccessful delivery.

Authority to Leave

You could choose the authority to leave option at the checkout page if no one is available to receive it. Please note that when authority to leave has been given in the checkout page, Australian Kitchen and our couriers will not accept responsibility if parcel is lost or stolen after our couriers have left it to your address.

International Delivery

International postages are calculated separately according to the destination and region.

We may choose to deliver your orders from our international warehouses in another country near you or with the best delivery terms that the orders can reach you in the soonest.

Return Policy

Australian Kitchen accepts product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair within 30 days where:

-The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or

-Significantly different to those shown or described to you, or

-The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or

-The product is unsafe

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it and must be in its original packaging. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Australian Kitchen does not accept the return of items from the following categories:

-Customized/personalized items

-Gift vouchers

To return a product, please contact our customer service team by email at orders@australiankitchen.com.au.  Please do not send your return item back to the manufacturer. Please also allow 1-2 business days for our customer service team to process your claim.
